RMWB Words in Motion

RMWB Words In Motion is a literacy program that promotes an appreciation for the art of poetry. It is open to everyone living in the Wood Buffalo Region. Please submit your poem(s) to the Culture Coordinator and have your "written artwork" shared with the public through this cyberspace. Selected poems will be showcased on Wood Buffalo Transit buses and various media outlets throughout our region as well. Here are all the entries for the 2014 Words In Motion program.

Feeding the Birds

The thoughts stream through
the abyss that is the brain.
Full of query, question and quandary.
Does the bird land
even for one moment?
When it does land
do you even notice?
For the bird has quiet wings and chirps not.
