Time X travel equals

Start your engines

I am laying in my bed

I am getting up

I am sitting at my desk

and writing down

one of my old poems

I am doing this in hope of

traveling back in time

Same bed

Same desk

Same poem

I am figuring this is going to be

a walk in the park

However as I am finishing

writing it down

I am realising

that this is not

a same poem after all

The same old words on the page

are bringing the arousal

of a brand new feeling

Go figure
